Easter Sunday

We had the best Easter. We went to mass at Sacred Heart. It was Jackson's first time to go to mass. It was so fun to show him off to all of our friends. He looked so handsome. He did not cry one time during the service. We are truly so blessed. The Easter bunny came for a visit as well. He brought Jackson some books, movies, toys, and candy. He also brought daddy his favorite movie. Here are some pics of Jackson on this special day.

First Beach Trip

Well we made it!!! We took our first mini-vacation this weekend. We went to Gulf Shores to the condo. Jackson did so good. He liked riding in the car and stayed on his little schedule the entire time. I got to do a little shopping and Adam played golf. We did not bring Jackson to the beach but did have a little fashion show in our new swimsuit. Adam tells me that he is not my little baby doll. Papa and Deboux did some babysitting of both Bentley and Jackson. We were able to go out for a great dinner. It was our first time as mother and father. We only talked about Jackson half the time!!! We came home on Sunday rested and relaxed. Since the first time went so well we think we are ready to go again.

Taking a walk

Today Jackson and I did some much needed house cleaning. He is definitely my child because he was fussing and then I turned on the vacuum and he got quiet. He loved it!!! We finished off the afternoon outside taking a walk. Jackson just looked around. He is so curious.

Picture Day

Today we took Jackson to have his Easter pictures taken. He looked like a little baby doll sitting in a basket with the bunnies around him. We can't wait to get the pictures back. Here is a little preview of him in his Easter outfit.

6 week update

Jackson is now 6 weeks old. He is starting to really enjoy interaction. He has definately mastered his social smile. He loves playing on his activity mats. He is picking his little head up and looking all around. Here are a few new pics of him playing.

Talk to me

We just wanted to let everyone know that we have added a place for everyone to leave us messages. Jackson is doing great!! We went for our first day trip and it went well. We felt like we had to pack the whole house. Jackson even enjoyed riding in his car seat. He is really a good baby!

A message for daddy!!

We just wanted to send daddy a message. We are doing good, both of us, and will be so glad for you to come home!!!

Missing daddy!!

Today Adam is going on his first overnight business trip. We knew it would be coming. Jackson and I are a bit stressed about it. Aunt Care-Care is going to come and spend the night with us. Jackson is definately going to miss his "guy time" with daddy.

Starting to blog

We have decided to start a blog for Jackson so that our family and friends can keep up with his rapid changes. He is getting so big so fast. His friend Taylor has a blog and everyone loves it. We have a little catching up to do.
